Community Guidelines

How we show up.

The Let's App only works because the people on it are real, kind, and reliable. By using the Let's App you agree to follow these guidelines.

Be real.

Use your real name and a recent photo of your face. Get verified before you host or join. One person, one account.

Misrepresenting your age, identity, or photos isn't allowed and is grounds for removal.

Be kind.

Treat everyone the way you'd want a new neighbor to be treated. That means:

Be inclusive.

Let's is a place where new people get to feel welcome. Hosts can use safety filters (e.g. gender preference) to make a Let's feel right for them, but rejecting a request without reason is fine too. Just be respectful, decline politely, and don't gatekeep based on prejudice.

Show up.

Once you're approved, plan to be there. Things happen (flat tires, sick kids, late buses), but tell the group as soon as you know. Repeated no-shows hurt your vibe score and may limit future invites.

Keep it safe.

Meeting people in real life is fun and a little risky. Use your judgment:

The no-go list.

These will get content removed and can get your account permanently banned:

If something's off.

Tap the report button on a profile, a gathering, or a chat, or email [email protected]. A real person reviews every report. You can also block a profile at any time.

If a peer rating ("vibe score") feels unfair, you can dispute it in the app at Profile → Vibe → Dispute, or by emailing the same address.

If you're in danger right now, please contact local emergency services first.

These guidelines work together with our Terms and Privacy Policy. We may update them as the community grows; we'll let you know in the app when we do.
