Zero tolerance for child abuse and exploitation.

Report something now
If you suspect CSAE or CSAM involving Let's or one of our users, please report it immediately:
In the app: tap the Report button on any profile, gathering, message, or photo.
Or email us: [email protected]
If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency services first. In the US, you can also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline at 1-800-843-5678.
Our standards
The following is strictly prohibited on Let's, by any user, in any form, anywhere on the platform (profiles, photos, gatherings, messages, names, bios, links):
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any content (image, video, drawing, computer-generated, or text) that depicts or describes the sexual exploitation, abuse, or sexualization of a minor.
- Grooming — any attempt by an adult to build trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation, abuse, or trafficking.
- Sextortion — coercing or threatening anyone (especially a minor) to produce, share, or perform sexual acts using threats of exposure, blackmail, or other means.
- Trafficking of minors — facilitating, soliciting, recruiting, or transporting a minor for sex or labor.
- Sexualized content involving real or fictional minors, including AI-generated content, anime, drawings, or "loli/shota" content.
- Solicitation of, or sharing of, contact with minors for any sexual purpose.
- Use of Let's by anyone under 18.
Violations result in immediate account termination, preservation of evidence, and reporting to NCMEC (the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and law enforcement as required by law.
How we prevent it
Let's is built for adults meeting other adults in person. We layer prevention so minors should never be on the platform in the first place:
- Age gate at sign-up. Users must confirm they are 18 or older. This is part of our Terms of Service.
- Government-ID verification. Every host is ID-verified before they can post a gathering. We use this to confirm the user is 18 or older and that the ID matches the profile photo. ID images are discarded immediately after a successful automated check; see our Privacy Policy § 4 for retention details.
- Identity-status badge. Verified status is shown publicly so guests can see who they're about to meet.
- Approval-based access. No one joins a gathering without a host saying yes. Hosts can decline any request without explanation.
- Reporting and blocking. Any user can report or block any profile, gathering, photo, or message at any time, with no penalty for reporting in good faith.
- Human review of reports. Every CSAE-related report — including reports of suspect images — is reviewed by a real person. We are also evaluating automated CSAM detection tools (such as PhotoDNA-style hash matching) for use as the platform scales.
- Trust & safety review. A real person reviews every CSAE-related report.
How we respond
When we become aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we will:
- Preserve evidence in a way that does not further disseminate the material, in accordance with applicable law.
- Terminate the account(s) involved and block re-registration where we are able to.
- Report to NCMEC's CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. Reports include the content, the user's account details, and any available metadata (IP address, device info, timestamps).
- Cooperate with law enforcement requests, including valid subpoenas, court orders, and emergency disclosures involving imminent risk to a child.
- Notify the reporting user when appropriate that their report was received and acted on, while protecting the privacy of the investigation.
We will not retaliate against any user who reports CSAE in good faith.
How to report
You have several ways to flag a concern:
- In the Let's app — tap the Report button on any profile, gathering, message, or photo. This is the fastest path and includes the context we need to act.
- Email — [email protected]. Please include a description of the concern, any relevant usernames or links, and the approximate time it occurred. Do not send or attach suspected CSAM; describe it instead — we will preserve the original content from our own systems.
- NCMEC CyberTipline (United States) — report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
- Local emergency services — call first if a child is in immediate danger.
